NUANCE
A slightly flared skirt whose cut allows it to glide over the hips for a highly feminine look! In a woven fabric, it is cut on the bias and features an invisible zipper. In knit fabric, it is cut on the straight grain and has an elasticated waist without added gathers (an ultra-fast sewing version ideal for beginners).

What you will learn with this pattern (see the videos of the main techniques here) :
- Secure sewing lines before assembly

Recommended fabrics :
- WOVEN FABRIC version: light (135-180 g/m² or 4-5 oz.), fluid fabric, flexible weaving (crepe, twill, satin), without elastane.
- KNIT FABRIC version: light to medium weight (150-230 g/m² or 5-7 oz.), rather fluid material, flexible weaving (jersey, milano, interlock), elastane 0-7 % max.
All version has been made size 38 and lengthened by 1.5 cm (Johanna’s measurements : 1m75 - 87/71/95).
The skirts are worn with a MODJO T-shirt.

Elegant skirt pattern
I made this skirt in a jersey knit and the fit is perfection. Will next try the woven version which I’m certain will also fit well. The pattern drafting is excellent.
